Your Newborn Baby Photo Shoot

I’ve been photographing newborn babies for 23 years and developed a dedicated Newborn PhotoShoot website called Tiny Violets Photography … part of Shy Violet Photography. I love photographing newborn babies between 6 and 14 days old …during this stage they are sleeping soundly and deeply, and it’s easier to achieve the sleepy, curled up shots we all love.  I do go up to 4 weeks as in my experience, altho more alert the shoot is still doable, it might just take a bit longer :).

My newborn photoshoots are a minimum of 2 hours, as I allow a lot of time for cudding and feeding during the shoot.

I have a very cosy, warm studio in Springhead, Oldham, OL4, Greater Manchester – it’s nice and light and airy too with a comfortable feel.  All my customers have said how much at ease they felt when they walked in.

I love everything about Newborn Photography – from the very natural white / ivory shots with little to no props, which I call The White Collection – to the more creative composite shots, my Swings and Things.
