PhotoShoot for Newborns

Tiny Violets Photography is a dedicated Newborn Photography company – and is part of Shy Violet Photography which caters for older babies,cake smash, families etc.  With over 18 years of experience in newborn photography, I offer a range of ideas from the completely natural shots with little to no props – to the more creative side using digital backdrops.  To view the image gallery please click here.

My very favourte time for photoshoots for newborns is between 6- 12 days young and up to 4 weeks.  I have experience of older newborns up to 9-11 weeks with some excellent results … and the 4 week rule is not set in stone for newborn babies.  However, often newborns are far more alert after 2 weeks and certainly after 4 weeks and the curled up sleepy newborn shots are not so easy to achieve.  But if your baby arrived earlier than expected … or is still sleeping really well after feeds, then please contact me for a chat.

I have a very airy large studio, which is full of soft seating, rugs, props and soft toys and all customers have commented on how relaxed they felt even on entering. For a video of my studio please click here.

Following your Newborn baby photoshoot with Tiny Violets Photography, a Gallery of images will be online for 3 weeks on our Customer Only GALLERY website where you will be able to view your images in the privacy of your own home, and as many times as you like.
